what to expect

Group coaching is a wonderful opportunity to learn, access support and develop community. Cassale Sherriff is currently leading groups in weight loss, mindful eating and mindfulness meditation.

Cassale Sherriff, motivational coach, nutritionist, exercise physiologist and meditation teacher, will be your guide. Cassale has a holistic approach to weight loss and wellness, with a firm belief that when we start nourishing ourselves in all parts of our life, personal, emotional, physical and spiritual, we can come back to balance, with restored confidence and renewed energy.

Group programs allow for continued support, providing a platform for personal growth, a place to share your experience and rest in the spaciousness of community.

I had such a good time being part of your Weight Loss Challenge! The ‘games’ encouraged us to get more active & stay focused on behaviors that supported our weight loss & health goals. Group coaching is a wonderful opportunity to get motivated, be held accountable, learn, access support and develop community.

This weight loss group works with a whole foods, utilizing a modified Mediterranean nutrition plan. During this weight loss class we incorporate meditation, check ins, share information and recipes.

We will be working with all the important elements of health! Nutrition, Exercise, Eating Window Framework, Hydration, Sleep and Stress Reduction.

Tracking on Cronometer, our Nutrition app. Have your Body Composition checked before and after.

Classes may be re-scheduled with 10 days notice. Refunds are not given for classes unless cancelled by Marin Weight Loss & Wellness.

Marin Weight Loss & Wellness is not responsible for classes missed by students. If a student misses a class, they are welcome to schedule a private session for an additional fee.
