Salmon With Lemon & Garlic Marinade

This salmon dish will provide you with a healthy dose of Omega-3s needed for heart and brain health as well as helping our immune system stay in fighting shape. Salmon is also a great source of protein to help build and repair the body. Lemon and garlic add a nice zing to the salmon providing vitamin C and additional immune boosting properties.

  • 1 lb. Salmon
  • 2 Lemons for Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil


  1. Marinate the salmon in all the ingredients for at least 4 hours.

  2. Grill in a pan for 10 minutes or bake for 25 minutes on 400F.
