Challenge starts Thursday 23rd of January 2020 and runs for 6 weeks in total.

Challenge Dates:

Meetings continue each Thursday from, 1/23/20 - 2/27/20 (6.30-7.30pm)

Program Costs: $375

Which includes:

Session 1:

Introductory week: measurements, weight and Body Composition taken

Session 2-5: 

Program commences, weekly check ins, discussion and sharing

Session 6:

Program closure, measurements, weight and Body Composition taken again. Discussion on how to live post Whole30.

About your Wellness Coach

Originally from Australia, Cassale holds a degree in Exercise Physiology and is a certified Nutrition Consultant. Passionate about wellness and equipped with the knowledge of how food can heal and nurture, she experienced firsthand the power of food as medicine by restoring her oldest son’s failing health through targeted therapeutic nutrition. After years of suffering a debilitating illness, Cassale’s son is now an athlete training 5 days a week as a rising soccer player.

She has a vast array of experience in weight loss and wellness, having worked privately as a Nutrition and Wellness Coach and within a Bariatric Clinic. Cassale has witnessed dramatic results having successfully coached and supported hundreds of patients through her weight loss programs utilizing whole food nutrition plans and lifestyle modification techniques.

Cassale's knowledge and holistic approach to wellness, supports both the healing of the body and weight loss simultaneously. Combining nutrition therapy, supplementation, exercise programming, stress modulation and a tried and tested sleep protocol into her approach with clients.

Cassale's specialities are weight loss, healing the gut, autoimmune conditions, ibs, skin conditions, diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

Cassale is constantly updating her knowledge and is currently completing a meditation teacher training through the Greater Good Science Center, UC Berkeley.
