Chia Seed Pudding

This plant-based treat is loaded with healthy goodness. Chia seeds are tiny powerhouses packed full of antioxidants, calcium, and omega-3 as well as a good source of protein. Make it ahead of time, refrigerate, and enjoy it for breakfast or snack the next day

Servings 4


  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Essence


  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Place in air-tight container in the fridge

  3. Keep stirring every 4 hours

  4. Leave mixture overnight
