Best Beef Stew In the Slow Cooker

This bowl of goodness is infused with delicious flavor. It’s loaded with fresh herbs such as parsley and thyme as well as colorful, antioxidant-rich vegetables and healthy protein to support healthy digestion and lower inflammation. Throw it in your slow cooker and this nutrient-rich stew will be ready in 5 hours.

  • 2 lb. Organic Beef diced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 White Onion medium size
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 3 Cups Butternut Squash
  • 3 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. Brown the coconut oil with the onion and garlic until transparent, now add beef. Stir for 5 minutes, adding all remaining vegetables and herbs. Stir for another minute or two. Now add the tin of tomato sauce. Now change the setting to slow cook on high for 5 hours.

  2. Mix the coconut flour, water and bouillon together in a small dish, then add to slow cooker, stirring thoroughly! Serve with some steamed green vegetables!
